Our 5-week courses are scheduled to align with upcoming SAT exam dates:

• October 4 exam prep: Saturdays, 8/30–9/27, 10:00 AM–1:00 PM

• November 8 exam prep: Saturdays, 10/4–11/1, 10:00 AM–1:00 PM

• December 6 exam prep: Sundays, 11/2–11/30, 10:00 AM–1:00 PM

All classes are held in person at our Ellicott City location.

FAQs

When are your 5-week SAT courses offered?

We offer 5-week courses to prepare our students for the October, November, December, March, and June SAT exams. Classes meet once a week for 3 hours on weekends.

Do you offer a summer SAT program?

Yes. Our intensive 8-week summer session prepares students for the August SAT. Classes are held on weekdays, 3 days per week.

How much do students typically improve?

In 2025, several Kai Prep students scored above 1500, including standout scores of 1550, 1520, and 1500. Many students improved by more than 150 points, with the largest score jump being an impressive 460 points (from 980 to 1440).

How many students are in each class?

During the academic year, our classes have 4–5 students for maximum personalized support. Our summer intensive courses are slightly larger, with 7–8 students per class (never more than 8).

Do you assign homework?

Yes, students will have weekly assignments in both English and math, along with a vocabulary set to memorize. Each class includes a vocabulary quiz.

What if I can’t attend a class?

We provide a video recording of the missed class. Students may also email the teacher with questions. No refunds are given for missed classes, but in cases of multiple absences due to emergencies, class credits may be applied toward future sessions.
